Location: Goole

Hourly Pay Rate: 36.00 Umbrella + 1.5x O/T rate (P.A.Y.E. option available)

Shifts: Minimum of 45 hours a week

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 9 hours per day, days and mornings/afternoons

Duration: Long term contract

Start Date: June 2026

Position Summary: You will be responsible for:

  • Tests and repairs on the systems including HVAC, CCTV, PIS and lighting
  • Braking tests
  • Helping with detailed fault finding and diagnostics
  • Re-wires and electrical component changes
  • Repairs and calibrations to door systems
  • Download train data from on board train data recorders using laptops
  • Run diagnostics software to identify faults with various train systems i.e. hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, train management systems
