Commercial Diving Engineering Project Manager\\nPlymouth, Devon\\nRate/Salary: Negotiable, based on experience\\n\\nWe are looking for an individual with a Commercial Diving background who has experience into project management within the marine or civil engineering sector. You will be responsible and oversee diving engineering projects within the dockyard, based in Plymouth. This role will require you to obtain full security clearance, so you must have the full right to work in the UK.\\n\\nKey Duties and Responsibilities Of Diving Project Manager \\n\\nTake overall responsibility for planning and delivering a portfolio of diving civil engineering projects within the dockyard.\\n\\nUtilise your hands-on commercial diving experience to oversee and guide project execution, ensuring compliance with all diving regulations and best practices.\\n\\nCoordinate dive teams, equipment, and resources to meet operational and project deadlines.\\n\\nConduct dockyard inspections, surveys, and project kick-off meetings to scope and plan works.\\n\\nPrepare accurate quotations and set cost expectations with clients and stakeholders.\\n\\nProcure and manage specialist contractors, suppliers, and diving equipment as required.\\n\\nDevelop and maintain Diving Project Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.\\n\\nIdentify potential hazards or risks specific to diving operations and implement effective mitigation strategies.\\n\\nMonitor progress against budgets and timelines, addressing any issues proactively to ensure successful project delivery.\\n\\nLead and motivate dive and site teams, promoting a strong safety culture and professional working environment.\\n\\nReport on project outcomes and contribute to ongoing process improvements.\\n\\nQualifications and Requirements Diving Project Manager:\\n\\nCommercial diving experience is essential, ideally with a background in diving civils, marine construction, or subsea engineering.\\n\\nPrevious experience managing or supervising diving operations or engineering projects.\\n\\nBased in Plymouth (or willing to relocate).\\n\\nExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, site teams, and stakeholders.\\n\\nKnowledge of relevant diving legislation, safety protocols, and industry standards.\\n\\nMust be able to obtain Full Security Clearance & hold a full UK drivers licence \\n\\nHave the full right to work in the UK
