Role: CNC Miller Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 (Days) Salary: Up to £20ph Location: Burton What\’s in it for you? Permanent role within an established, local business. Small engineering company with supportive and friendly team environment Client Summary: Well established, Fabrication and Machine workshop with a variety of machines ranging from up to date CNC\’s to manual machines, offering general grinding, turning, milling and boring capacity. Covering a range of engineering aspects, including fabrication and specialist welding. Position Summary: CNC Miller programmer/setter/operator manufacturing one offs and small batches. Must be able to program on Heidenhein / Fanuc controls. From receipt of materials and drawings, produce finished parts and components within stated tolerances. Be able to work on a variety of materials, steel/stainless/aluminium/plastics. Requirements: * Experience with CNC Machining (Milling) – including experience with Fanuc Controls (or similar) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship * Strong teamwork and communication skills
