We\’re looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to help keep things running smoothly on-site. You\’ll support the Site Manager with day-to-day operations, making sure everything\’s safe, on schedule, and up to standard. From managing teams and subcontractors to keeping records tidy and materials flowing, you\’ll be right at the heart of the action. Below is some of the day-to-day activities that play an important part in the role: Lead the site crew and keep things running safely and smoothly Make sure everyone knows what they\’re doing and how to do it right Keep quality high and deadlines on track Be the go-to between the team and site management Spot training needs and help the team grow Keep safety, health, and environment top of mind Stay on top of progress, tools, and materials Handle site inductions and daily checks Always look for smarter, better ways to get the job done What you\’ll bring SSSTS Site Supervisor certified NVQ Level 3+ in Civil Engineering or equivalent National Grid Person or Competent Person Holds CSCS or CPCS or ECITB Safety Card First Aid at Work qualified Bonus if you\’ve got Lift Supervisor, Temp Works, or HSG47 5+ years in Electricity Transmission/Distribution 2+ years leading teams Confident using Word, Excel, and Outlook Can read and update technical drawings Great communicator and team player Full UK Driving licence You will be site based across the South West or South Wales areas.
