An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation as an Employee HR Manager / HR Business Partner. This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, driving organisational improvement, and supporting employees through all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, delivering practical HR solutions aligned to business objectives while helping to shape a positive and high-performing culture.
The Role
As the HR Business Partner for your client group, you will provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, organisational change, talent development, engagement, and operational HR activities. You will work closely with leaders to understand business priorities, coach managers, and help deliver people strategies that improve performance, capability, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and managers to provide strategic and operational HR support
- Advise on employee relations matters including performance, attendance, capability, and policy application
- Support organisational change initiatives, workforce planning, and culture development
- Drive employee engagement and support development and succession planning activities
- Use data and feedback to identify trends and improve HR processes and employee experience
- Coach managers to effectively manage people issues with confidence and consistency
- Support delivery of HR programmes, planning cycles, and key people initiatives
- Build strong working relationships across the wider business and HR function
About You
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can build credibility quickly and operate confidently in a fast-moving environment. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager position
- Strong employee relations and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience supporting organisational change and people initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
- Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic thinking
- A collaborative and proactive approach with excellent judgement and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or significant relevant HR experience
- CIPD qualification or working towards accreditation would be advantageous
