Operations SupervisorThe Operations Supervisor keeps the wheels of our business turning, and delivers the safe, reliable and punctual service our customers and clients expect and deserve. Skills and knowledge* Local area knowledge of Heathrow Airport and West London.* Experience of at least running either regulated bus services or airside operations. * IT skills – including Microsoft Suite, Coach Manager and OmniDas. * Understanding of rotas and allocations.* Willingness to learn and develop, with a can-do approach.* Ability to react efficiently and decisively. * Problem solving skills.* A calm head under pressure. * Understanding of Domestic GB and EU driving hours regulations.* Ideally, a Category D Licence.* To be a self-starter and team player. You’ll need to have:* Full UK driving licence with a Cat D entitlement.* Minimum two years driving experience.* Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).* 5-year checkable work or education history.* Clean criminal record.
