Location: Erdington

Rate: £35-£40 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (10-hour shifts)

We are seeking experienced engineers with either a mechanical or electrical bias to support a Facilities team.

Essential:

  • Mechanical or electrical maintenance background
  • Previous maintenance operations experience
  • NVQ Level 3 / C&G Part 3 Advanced (or equivalent)
  • HVAC experience
  • Facilities Management experience

Desirable:

  • F-Gas and/or Gas Safe qualified
  • Pipe fitting, hydraulic and mechanical experience
  • Rapid roller shutter door maintenance
  • PAT testing
  • Compressed air systems knowledge
  • Boiler House / HPHW experience
  • Experience with barriers, bollards, turnstiles and access control systems
  • Understanding of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environmental metrics

This role would suit a hands-on engineer with strong fault-finding skills and experience maintaining a wide range of building services and plant equipment.
