We're recruiting Semi-Skilled Composite Technicians / Laminators to join a leading manufacturing business in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with around 18 months' composite experience who are looking to move into a new industry and develop their skills on high-quality composite products.
Whether your experience comes from marine, aerospace, automotive, motorsport, defence, or another composite manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Location: Bognor Regis, West Sussex
Contract: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
Pay: £17.00 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)
Shift: Monday to Friday (Day or Night Shift), Friday - Monday weekend shift, Overtime available
The Role: Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll manufacture a range of composite components using pre-preg carbon fibre while learning new techniques and processes. This is a great opportunity to build on your existing experience within a supportive and professional environment.
Requirements:
- Around 12 - 18 months' experience in a composite laminating or composite technician role
- Experience working with composite materials (pre-preg experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to follow work instructions and engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Experience from any composite manufacturing industry will be considered
- Full Right to Work in the UK is essential
