This is a key operational role where you'll work closely with our bodyshop technicians on the workshop floor, ensuring smooth daily operations, high quality output, and a motivated, high performing team.
If you bring extensive paint experience, strong technical knowledge, and the confidence to oversee a busy paint shop, this role gives you the chance to lead the core area of our bodyshop while setting the standard for quality and workflow.

Key
Responsibilities: Lead and motivate technicians to deliver safe, efficient, high quality work.
Coordinate daily workloads, monitor progress, and resolve issues to meet operational targets.
Provide hands on guidance, training, and mentoring to support skill development.
Manage communication and HR tasks including briefings, attendance, holidays, and performance reviews.
Knowledge and
Experience
Required: Minimum 3 years' supervisory or team lead experience within a bodyshop or similar technical environment.
At least 5 years' hands on experience as a paint technician.
Comfortable in a hands on, workshop based role rather than a desk based position.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
