Client Summary:

A well known, leading manufacturer of Heavy Plant and Compaction Machinery for use on soil, asphalt and refuse. Including, Asphalt Rollers, Single Drum Rollers, Pavers, Feeders, Planers and Stabilisers.

Position Summary:

  • Manage and coordinate all service and parts activities for National Accounts, ensuring KPIs set out in service agreements are being met.
  • Provide regular communication and updates.
  • Provide support for the Service and Parts Team.

Main Duties:

  • Response to incoming messages (phone, emails) within time limits set out in SLAs
  • Coordinate solutions with Service Controller and 3rd party suppliers
  • Provide regular updates during the machine down scenario
  • Ensure all documentation is provided in line with SLAs
  • Monitor parts spent and work with Parts Manager on increasing parts penetration
  • Monitor and manage Service Contracts
  • Log quality and technical issues on Internal Ticketing System
  • Provide regular reports on machine downtime, turnaround times, failure types to Service and Solutions Manager
  • Attend regular review meetings

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Service or Parts Advisor, Service Administrator, Service Controller or similar role in plant, agriculture or commercial vehicles with basic technical understanding
  • Excellent communication, telephone and negotiation skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • SAP Experience preferred but not essential
