Client Summary:
A well known, leading manufacturer of Heavy Plant and Compaction Machinery for use on soil, asphalt and refuse. Including, Asphalt Rollers, Single Drum Rollers, Pavers, Feeders, Planers and Stabilisers.
Position Summary:
- Manage and coordinate all service and parts activities for National Accounts, ensuring KPIs set out in service agreements are being met.
- Provide regular communication and updates.
- Provide support for the Service and Parts Team.
Main Duties:
- Response to incoming messages (phone, emails) within time limits set out in SLAs
- Coordinate solutions with Service Controller and 3rd party suppliers
- Provide regular updates during the machine down scenario
- Ensure all documentation is provided in line with SLAs
- Monitor parts spent and work with Parts Manager on increasing parts penetration
- Monitor and manage Service Contracts
- Log quality and technical issues on Internal Ticketing System
- Provide regular reports on machine downtime, turnaround times, failure types to Service and Solutions Manager
- Attend regular review meetings
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service or Parts Advisor, Service Administrator, Service Controller or similar role in plant, agriculture or commercial vehicles with basic technical understanding
- Excellent communication, telephone and negotiation skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- SAP Experience preferred but not essential
