Shifts: Days/rotating shifts

Shorterm Group is working with a company who provide global on-wing and off-wing support for major commercial airlines and MRO partners. With continued growth at their Heathrow facility, we are searching for skilled Technicians to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out inspection, maintenance, and repair on large commercial jet engines
  • Support on-wing and off-wing work scopes including strip, build, modification and preservation
  • Work to OEM manuals and Part-145/MRO standards
  • Complete all associated paperwork and job cards accurately
  • Handle and manoeuvre engines, modules and tooling safely
  • Contribute to turnaround targets and quality KPIs

Engine types you may work on: CFM56 | LEAP 1A/1B | V2500 | CF6 | GE90 | GEnx and other modern turbofan platforms

What we are looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with aircraft engines (military, commercial, or transferable engineering pathways considered)
  • Knowledge of inspection, fault finding, and mechanical assembly
  • Understanding of aviation safety, compliance and EASA/CAA requirements
  • Team player with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving operational environment
