Key Duties:
- Working in the Service Team to manage and book services and maintain maintenance schedules as well as assist on warranty claims and processes.
- Answering and responding to calls and messages on Depot.
- Overseeing the telematics systems to maintain service schedules.
- Work with managers and team members across both the accounts and service teams, including working with Service Managers on claims and unresolved issues.
- Process warranty inputs and claims and administer extended warranties where appropriate.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist with administration duties such as clock cards and holiday requests.
Person Profile/Experience:
- Experience within Administration (preferably within a Service or Maintenance Background).
- Ideally Automotive / HGV / Plant / Agricultural background - however all Service Experience Considered.
- Agricultural Industry awareness - some basic knowledge of the Farming and Agricultural world (types of machinery and their uses / prominent brands etc).
