Trainee / Junior Plant Maintenance Engineer We are seeking a Trainee / Junior Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our aviation MRO facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some practical maintenance experience or a relevant maintenance/engineering qualification who is looking to start or develop their career in plant maintenance. Full training and support will be provided. You will support the maintenance team with mechanical and basic electrical tasks, helping to ensure all equipment and facility areas are maintained to a high standard to support safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facility areas. Support fault-finding activities under supervision. Carry out daily machine and equipment checks, including basic statutory inspections. Learn and follow planned preventative maintenance routines. Assist with identifying and ordering spare parts. Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures. Work shifts and support out-of-hours call-ins when trained and required. Education Qualifications Qualification in mechanical, electrical, or maintenance engineering preferred. Engineering or maintenance apprenticeship desirable but not essential.
