In our Derby office we specialize in the rail and rolling stock sectors and boast an extensive portfolio of clients which we're very proud to supply.
The Role: You'll join an experienced team that specialises in recruiting skilled engineering professionals for some of the UK's biggest Rail and Rolling Stock organisations. You'll start the role as a 360 Consultant, responsible for:
- Identifying new clients and bringing them into our portfolio
- Servicing client requirements
- Managing existing client needs
- Placing candidates
- Identifying new sales pipelines
All of the training and guidance will be provided to you in order for you to do this successfully.
What You'll Need:
- Great communication and people skills
- Previous experience in a business-to-business sales role
- A positive, motivated attitude
- Strong organisation and time management
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
