Short Let Space is expanding across Oxford, Cambridge and the Cotswolds, and we are looking for a hands-on Property Acquisition Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. Our focus is simple: attracting more high-quality property owners to our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building marketing systems that generate real enquiries, improving website performance, and turning digital traffic into property owner leads and guest bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and improving our WordPress website
- Acting as the link between our SEO agency and web developers
- Creating landing pages and content designed to attract property owners
- Monitoring website analytics, traffic sources and conversion performance
- Managing email campaigns and marketing funnels (Mailchimp or similar)
- Supporting campaigns to generate new property owner enquiries
- Implementing marketing initiatives that increase guest bookings and portfolio growth
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience managing WordPress websites
