We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team here at The Boathouse. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal updates.
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety and food hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and ensure efficient stock control.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements
