Writtle Green preschool is seeking a Room Leader/Manager to inspire the pre-school team and uphold high standards of care, education and safeguarding in line with the EYFS. You will lead planning, monitor children’s progress and support staff development through coaching, mentoring and performance management, while building strong relationships with families and external professionals.
