An excellent and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and inspirational Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our expanding Languages department.

The ideal candidate will be able to teach both Spanish and French; however, applications from those able to teach Spanish only will also be welcomed. A potential TLR opportunity is available for the right candidate. This is a role that offers long-term growth, within a department committed to staff progression and professional development. This position would also be well-suited to an Early Careers Teacher who is keen to grow and develop within a supportive school environment.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive approach to working effectively with all members of the school community and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Teach Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish and French if eligible). Contribute to the development of the Languages department and participate in department-wide progress and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with staff, students and external partners to support student outcomes. Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, safeguarding, and welfare.

Potential for a Leadership/TLR role for the right candidate. Engage in early career teacher development as appropriate.

Qualifications

Qualified Teacher with the ability to teach Spanish and French (or Spanish with the ability to teach French). Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with the school community and external stakeholders.
