Responsibilities
- Deliver the NCFE and Gateway Aviation Operations curriculum to approximately 200+ 16‑18 year‑old and older students.
- Prepare, plan, coordinate, assess and deliver both theory and practical sessions for Aviation Operation trainees.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience within the aviation environment is essential.
- Desired experience areas: airside operations; customer service and terminal management; security; flight operations.
- Knowledge of the aviation environment is required to deliver units such as: Airport or airline ground and air operations; customer service; aviation meteorology; health and safety in aviation industry; aviation security and aviation communications.
- Passion for the specialism, strong communication skills and willingness to train on the job.
- A teaching qualification is welcome but not required; staff receive support to undertake a teaching or assessing qualification if not already held.
