We are looking to recruit an experienced teacher with SEND experience to work across Portico Academy Trust.
Initially based at Hamstel School site, the post holder will be expected to work across all Trust schools.
You will plan and teach groups of children with SEND, including phonics, conduct SEND assessments, maintain SEND resources, and support ISP/EAL plans.
A full driving licence and own car are essential as you will travel between Portico schools.
