We are seeking to appoint two outstanding Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our committed and caring team. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, skilled and highly motivated practitioners who are passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidates will work across a year group, supporting teaching and learning in two classes, delivering high-quality lessons during teacher absence and PPA cover, and providing targeted support for pupils where needed.
Qualifications
- Have HLTA status or significant equivalent experience
- Can confidently deliver engaging lessons to whole classes
- Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- Are flexible, proactive and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Are committed to inclusion and supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL
- Will actively support the Catholic ethos and values of the school

This role includes regular class cover for teacher absence and PPA time, alongside wider classroom and pastoral support responsibilities.
