Barling Magna Primary Academy is seeking a hard-working and enthusiastic After School Club Leader to join our friendly team at The Brickfields Trust. You will provide support for pupils of all abilities within the after school club.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for pupils of all abilities in the after school club during term time.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience of working with children in school/early years.
- An understanding of games and activities that assist children's development and learning.
- Enthusiasm and an ability to make learning fun.
- A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Awareness of legislation relating to confidentiality, child protection procedures and health and safety.
- A desire to make a positive difference.
- Good reading, writing and numeracy skills, basic first aid knowledge and ability to use basic technology.
- A proactive and flexible approach.
