Do you want an exceptional career as a primary teacher? Teach Catalyst with Dilkes Academy as the link school is running an innovative ITE programme for both the salaried and PGCE accredited by the University of Greenwich. This is a school-based training programme where trainees can negotiate their home school. This innovative one year course involves 4 days training within the classroom and 1 day training at either a Catalyst school or the University of Greenwich's Avery Campus. 100% of our trainees have gained jobs in trust schools and many of our early cohort are already on the leadership ladder, positively impacting on the lives of Thurrock children.
Qualifications / Attributes:
- 2.2 degree or above.
- Candidates with at least English, maths and science at a level 4 (C) and above are eligible to apply and we accept equivalency tests.
- We need individuals with passion and commitment to improving the life chances for children in Thurrock and those who are hardworking and resilient.

Information about the School: Our pupils are aged 3 – 11, ranging from Nursery to Year 6, and mainly live in the area surrounding the school.
