Overview

Grove House School in Brentwood is seeking a SEN Teacher to join our team. Our students have Speech, Language & Communication Difficulties, and all pupils have an EHC Plan with SLCN as their priority needs. We have a small therapeutic team based at the School, working alongside our Teaching and Support Staff to enhance pupil learning and development. Our staff are friendly and caring and committed to achieving the best possible pupil outcomes so that when they leave us, our young people are prepared and ready for the next stage in their lives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Grove House School in Brentwood. The School is well-placed for transport links into/out of London and to/from the M25 and A12 corridor. Prior experience of SEND is desirable, but not a necessity, as we offer an excellent package of professional development.

Our pupils have SLCN as their priority need; you will contribute to teaching and supporting pupils with Speech, Language & Communication Difficulties and work with the on-site therapeutic team to support pupil learning and development.

Qualifications and experience

Prior experience of SEND is desirable, but not essential. We offer a comprehensive programme of professional development.
