Pay scale: scale 5 (point 9 to 12) £14,656.76 to £15,360.54

We are looking for an enthusiastic, happy individual with skills in security, caretaking, and building maintenance to join our Trust.

The site manager\’s key areas of responsibility are as follows:
To contribute to the smooth running of the school by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including cleaning and maintenance, and other caretaking duties including porterage, security, and supervision of the site and related equipment.
The site manager will work closely with the schools\’ and trust\’s site teams, reporting to the CEO, Heads, Trust Business Manager, and Trust Facilities Manager. In addition, they will liaise with other staff across the trust, pupils, parents, external agencies, and visitors.
The position will be based initially across two schools: Ingatestone Infant School and Ingatestone and Fryerning Church of England Junior School but will also involve caretaking support for Bentley St Paul\’s Church of England Junior School, Mountnessing Church of England Primary School, and Shenfield St Mary\’s Church of England Primary School.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
