We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work as a one‑to‑one support for a exceptionally wonderful young child with SEND needs, due to start with us in September in Reception class, supporting their learning, independence and inclusion within a high‑achieving school community. Experience of working with cerebral palsy would be an advantage.

Some experience of working with an EYFS/Infant/Primary style curriculum or a willingness to gain experience in this area and training is essential. Previous experience of working as an LSA is also desirable.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of our children and all staff share this commitment. This post will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure, suitable references and a pre‑employment medical check.
