Overview

Bocking Primary School is looking to appoint an SEN and Classroom Learning Support Assistant with Midday Assistant responsibilities.

You will be enthusiastic, passionate and open minded when working with students who have special needs. You will be committed to pupils\\\’ learning and well-being, friendly and able to work as part of a team. You will have empathy and can understand varying perspectives and you will have experience of working with pupils, particularly those with special educational needs. Holds GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Mathematics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide SEN and classroom learning support to pupils with special educational needs.
  • Assist with midday duties as a Midday Assistant.
  • Support inclusion and the well-being of pupils.

Requirements

  • GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Experience of working with pupils, particularly those with special educational needs.
  • UK resident, right to work in the UK, and willingness to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
