We are looking for a dedicated RESET Short Term Offsite Provision Supervisor to join our team and help us continue our mission of providing a broad and balanced curriculum that leads to outstanding learning and progress. This role is expected to promote and instil high standards and clear expectations, building positive and respectful relationships with others and being a role model to both colleagues and students.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage, deliver and lead on the RESET and/or Short-term Off site Provision (STOP) to support students in making changes to their behaviour and developing a positive attitude to learning.
  • Work with the pastoral and inclusion teams to implement tailored interventions through the RESET/STOP programme, coordinating work that fulfils the requirements of the core curriculum and is appropriate for students' needs and abilities.
  • Support students accessing the RESET/STOP provision to reflect on the impact of their behaviour on their own learning and that of others, develop and maintain positive relationships, successfully reintegrate and complete their studies, and feel happy and safe at school.

We operate across two sites, with colleagues teaching both at Walton Road (11-16) and our sixth form college (16-19), Sigma Sixth, based at the Tendring Education Centre.
