We are looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic individual to lead targeted reading intervention sessions for students who have been identified as reading below their chronological age. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support through our Thinking Reading programme and alternative reading interventions.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to enthuse and motivate students.
  • A team player with a strong grasp of English grammar, self-motivated and committed to continuing professional development.

Qualifications

If you have a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification, a Scale 6 pay scale will be considered.
