About the role:
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding candidate who will provide leadership and support for the pastoral care of students, ensuring their wellbeing, safety and personal development. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering an inclusive school environment where every student feels supported and able to achieve their full potential. They will work closely with the Head of Year for a designated year group.
