The CEO of SECAT and Headteacher of Bournes Green Schools are seeking to appoint a Nursery Assistant. The successful applicant will contribute to a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the Nursery, as well as providing mutual support to colleagues and implementing the Nursery\\\βs daily routine.

Bournes Green Infant & Junior Schools are two successful, happy and heavily oversubscribed schools which serve the community of Thorpe Bay. We are committed to ensuring our children are given a first-class primary education. Our schools are particularly strong with their academic achievements as well as being known for their sporting prowess and our comprehensive Personal Development offer.
Our children are delightful; they are well behaved, articulate and keen to learn.
We have a wonderful parent community who are very supportive and ensure that their children have strong attendance and come to school ready to learn. In return, our parents expect us to provide an engaging, fun and inclusive curriculum and a range of additional opportunities.
We have a wonderful site with fantastic grounds and include forest areas, playgrounds, an artificial grass pitch, a huge field and wonderful outdoor equipment. We also have access to an on-site seasonable swimming pool and have two libraries and ICT Suite.
All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
