Role Overview
Winter Gardens Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT), seeks a caring and patient Midday Assistant to support pupils during lunchtime, ensuring a safe and calm environment both indoors and outdoors. You will work 11:30am‑1:00pm Monday to Friday during term time only.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support pupils during lunchtime.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment inside and outside the school.
- Assist pupils with food arrangements and promote healthy eating habits.
- Support staff with cleaning and preparation of lunch areas.
- Respond to pupils’ needs and provide guidance where required.
