Plume Academy is seeking an Inclusion Support Practitioner/Wellbeing and Engagement Mentor to join our SEND department on a fixed-term basis from Autumn 2026. The role supports SEMH needs, promotes emotional regulation, and fosters inclusion and engagement for Years 7β13.
The ideal candidate will have GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above and a Level 3 qualification in a related field, with strong commitment to student wellbeing and learning outcomes.
