Shorefields in Maldon is seeking a Full-time Pastoral Support Coordinator to support the pastoral team across the academy.
The role focuses on maintaining high standards of behaviour, punctuality and engagement, ensuring students are in the right place at the right time and supporting positive learning behaviours.
