Roding Valley High School, part of the forward-thinking Chelmsford Learning Partnership, is looking for a proactive and hands-on Deputy Premises Manager to help keep our school running at its best.   • Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations
  • Supervise and support a caretaking team
  • Ensure the site is safe, compliant, and fully operational

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in premises, facilities or caretaking roles
  • Confidence leading or supervising a team
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance
  • Hands-on skills in maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and respond to challenges
  • A calm, reliable and solutions-focused approach
  • IOSH or similar qualification (or willingness to gain) required.
