Little Pals Nursery is looking for a committed Level 3 SEN Leader to champion inclusive practice and ensure every child feels seen, supported and valued.

This role is central to our nurturing, family‑focused ethos and requires strong SEN experience who can lead confidently within an early years environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SEN provision across Little Pals, ensuring children's needs are identified early and supported effectively.
  • Work closely with families, key persons and external professionals to create consistent, child‑centred support.
  • Guide and coach staff in inclusive strategies, modelling calm, responsive practice.
  • Maintain accurate SEN documentation, contribute to targeted plans and support EHCP processes.
  • Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and Little Pals' high standards of care at all times.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Proven SEN experience within an early years setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, steady approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high‑quality practice.

Benefits

  • Pay: £13.20 per hour
  • Hours: 39 weeks per year – Monday to Friday 9am‑3pm
  • Position starts 01/09/2026, part‑time permanent contract
