We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our school premises. This is a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee site maintenance, security, and Health & Safety compliance.
  • Manage and implement Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Review, assess, and produce Risk Assessments (including COSHH and Fire Risk Assessments).
  • Supervise a small team and liaise effectively with senior leadership, staff, contractors, and the Local Authority.
  • Carry out practical repairs and maintenance as required.
Ideal Candidate
  • Background in building/site maintenance and management.
  • Experience implementing Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Health & Safety qualifications (training can be provided if required).
  • IT literate with strong communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and general maintenance.
  • Ability to manage a small team effectively.
