We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our school premises. This is a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee site maintenance, security, and Health & Safety compliance.
- Manage and implement Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Review, assess, and produce Risk Assessments (including COSHH and Fire Risk Assessments).
- Supervise a small team and liaise effectively with senior leadership, staff, contractors, and the Local Authority.
- Carry out practical repairs and maintenance as required.
- Background in building/site maintenance and management.
- Experience implementing Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Health & Safety qualifications (training can be provided if required).
- IT literate with strong communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools and general maintenance.
- Ability to manage a small team effectively.
