We are looking for a dedicated and inclusive SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative team. Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Do you have a patient, compassionate nature and a genuine interest in supporting their learning and development?
You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher, you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.
