We are looking for resilient Learning Support Assistants to support teenagers and Post‑16 learners who find the world a challenging and difficult place to navigate. You will provide bespoke, individualised support, helping learners build independence, regulate emotions, and stay engaged in their programmes. The role involves working confidently with challenging behaviour and supporting students with complex needs, under the guidance of a class teacher.

Salary and working pattern information: 27.75 hours per week Monday to Friday 9:00 to 3:15pm term time only (38 weeks) plus one Wednesday a month to 4:30pm (usually the first Wednesday of the month). Actual salary £16,520 to £16,784 (Full time equivalent £26,403 to £26,824).
