Whitmore Primary School and Nursery has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The hours are 8:45am to 3:20pm (including a 1 hour break), Monday to Friday – 27 hours 55 minutes per week. Term time only (39 weeks per year, including 5 inset days).

Salary Scale 3 or Scale 4 (Range 5 to 8) | Actual Salary £17,021 to £17,551 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience (includes paid annual leave, which must be taken during school closure periods)

Responsibilities

• work as part of a team and independently, using their own initiative
• liaise with professionals and parents respectfully
• follow advice and guidance from SLT, Teachers and other professionals
• undertake training and attend courses
