Messing Primary School, a small village school near Tiptree, is seeking an experienced Headteacher to lead the community with care, confidence and creativity while the current Headteacher is on maternity leave.
The Headteacher will be responsible for the internal organisation, management and control of the school, provide strategic leadership with NHMAT and the Local Governing Body, and lead teaching and safeguarding across the school.
