USP College is seeking an exceptional Head of Additional Learning Support and Inclusion to lead ALS and inclusion across the college.

This high-impact leadership role requires a SEND professional passionate about ensuring every learner can access, participate in and succeed at USP College, regardless of need or background.

The role focuses on developing inclusive practice, managing funding and EHCP processes, and building strong partnerships with Local Authorities and families.
