We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic team player to join our successful health and science teaching team. Our students are between 16yrs-19yrs old and we offer a range of programmes from OCR Health & Social Care to T Levels. In addition, our adult provision ranges from Access to HE Diplomas and Apprenticeship in Adult Care.

What we are looking for:

  • A degree and/or vocationally relevant industry standard at Level 4 or above, such as Health and Social Care or a Nursing background.
  • Experience in health and social care, nursing or mental health.
  • A teaching qualification would be preferred but is not essential as the college has a dedicated teacher training provision. The successful applicant should be willing to undertake a full teaching qualification with the college whilst in the role if they do not have one already.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well in a team as well as working effectively under your own initiative.
