We are now seeking to appoint an excellent, inspirational and highly skilled teacher to lead our successful Mathematics Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and passionate mathematician with a proven track record of raising standards and securing outstanding outcomes for students.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Department and will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of Mathematics within the school. This includes both people management – such as staff development, coaching and performance – and operational responsibilities including curriculum design, assessment and the effective monitoring of student progress.
You will, of course, also be responsible for you and your team, delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated professional who is passionate about teaching and determined to make a meaningful difference to the lives of all students.
