About the role
Due to our school's growth in popularity and an increased intake, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate and committed class teacher to join our teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective practitioner to join us at Richard de Clare Community Academy. We are looking to appoint a creative and motivated individual who holds the belief that every child has the potential to succeed and has the potential to motivate, inspire and challenge pupils to ensure that everyone achieves their full potential.
As part of a Multi Academy Trust that holds CPD at the highest possible regard we can offer a supportive programme for Early Career Teachers and a coaching programme to support 'fast track into leadership' for teachers with the desire for professional growth.
