Role Requirements
  • Role model outstanding practice and leadership
  • Expert knowledge of child development from birth to five years
  • Enjoy spending time outdoors all year round
  • Hold a level 3 EYE qualification or QTS
  • Previous experience of working with and leading young children
  • Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the leadership role will depend on your qualifications, level of experience and job role. Part‑time and full‑time are considered.
