We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant ready to make a real difference, supporting the growth and achievement of our students. Gosfield is a small family school with high expectations for students. We are situated in a gorgeous green environment, where everyone is treated with warm respect and where everyone strives to reach and exceed their personal best.
This position will mainly support the Senior School. You will support the teaching staff to deliver quality provision in the classroom, lead teaching activities and interventions with individuals, and develop and produce teaching and learning materials when required.
The role is full-time spread over 5 days: 8:00‑16:00 on three days per week and 8:00‑17:00 on two days per week, with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break and a 10‑minute break; term time only. We are looking to appoint for a September 2026 start.
