Position: Cover Midday/Support Co-Educator (SEN Teaching Assistant)

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday with the potential to work Thursdays 9.30am – 1.30pm with no break (16-20 hours per week)

Actual salary: Β£9832.56 – Β£12290.70 (Β£14.13 ph) includes 5.7 weeks holiday pay allowance. The annual salary will be paid in equal monthly installments over 12 months TERM TIME ONLY.

Fixed term until end of academic year 2028.

Lexden Springs is an inspiring school where no two days are ever the same (but a smile is always guaranteed!) which caters for pupils aged 3-19 who have a variety of severe learning difficulties, including some with autism and/or challenging behaviour and some with serious medical conditions.

This post is for 3:1 support for a child of 17 years who has ASD, ADHD and LD.

Although employment is through Lexden Springs, your place of work will be at a venue in Manningtree.
