We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Manager to lead our Estates team at this Outstanding sixth form college. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the property and facilities services for the College, reporting to the Trust Director of Estates and College Principal.
The main purpose of this role is to lead and oversee the maintenance (both reactive & planned) of the College site, ensuring the premises and grounds are safe, secure, clean and well-maintained. You will have proven facilities management experience as well as good computer skills using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel and Word. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this role along with people management experience. Previous experience of working within a school environment is desirable but is not essential.
