We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to our school who are aligned with our Vision and Values. Let your light shine and CARE (Compassion, Achievement, Respect and Enjoyment). As a TPP school, our behaviour policy is based on 'Rita Pierson's 'Every child needs a champion'; relationships and connection are key. We believe that our children deserve the best support and start in life. Our team is happy and hard-working, well-supported and valued for the amazing job that they all do.
We support many children with ASD or ADHD, medical needs as well as others with more complex needs. If you are able to think creatively and flexibly to adapt children's learning, to support children in rebalancing and to support them all to shine then please do apply. The role is full time 30.15 hours a week, there may be a part-time option available too. The roles will start in September 2026.

We have been significantly impacted by RAAC but have moved into our second temporary building this summer and are enjoying being in this new space together.
